Pegah Anvarian

Anvarian grew up in Richardson, Texas (a suburb of Dallas), the daughter of a photographer father and educator mother, who taught Pegah how to sew at the age of six. The Anvarian family encouraged creativity in the home, prompting Anvarian to design her own clothes from age eight. In 1996 she moved to New York City and began assisting as a costume designer and stylist. Anvarian relocated to Los Angeles in 1999, and continued styling, doing extensive editorial, celebrity, and advertising work.

The Pegah Anvarian Collection began in 2002 with her first sets of orders coming from Henri Bendel in New York City and Madison in Los Angeles. The Pegah Anvarian Collection is currently distributed internationally, and is available at Henri Bendel in New York City; Madison in Los Angeles; Gregory’s in Dallas, Texas; and Talulah G’s in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Collection is produced in Los Angeles twice yearly.

Anvarian currently resides in Hollywood, California, with her fiancé, photographer Andrew MacPherson.
